Something to Crow About

All levels are invited to the “Something to Crow About” arm balance workshop.  We’ll primarily work towards creating strong foundational Crow, Side Crow, and Crane poses (Bakasana) and the transitions into and out of the pose.  Muscle engagement, alignment, form, and technique will be discussed, modeled, and practiced on your mat.  The workshop will contain skill work, partner work, and inquiry, along with playful practice.  Time allowing we will practice transitions INTO Crow from Forward Fold, Yogi Squat, Downward Dog, Headstand, and Handstand, AND transition OUT OF Crow to Flying Pidgeon, Headstand, Chinstand, Handstand, Chaturanga, and Sage pose.   Step out of your comfort zone and into possibility on your mat.  The single promise I make if you decide to participate in this workshop is that you will absolutely have fun and maybe learn a little about yourself.
